Courtyard by Marriott
Lobby and First Floor Remodel
Springfield, Oregon
Complete remodeling of the existing lobby, reception and common areas required for upgrading to the new Marriott prototype. The work included new reception pods, a food service and bar area, the communal table and seating area, a “go board”, media pods, lounge, market, meeting rooms and the exercise room. A new concrete patio with a fire pit was added at the exterior courtyard. Finishes included new ceramic tile flooring, carpeting, removal and replacement of vinyl wall covering, new cabinets, special decorative wood trim, and stainless steel column covers.
Courtyard by Marriott Guest Room Remodel
Springfield, Oregon
The phased remodeling of the 108 guest rooms included new granite counters and vanities with faucets at bathrooms, removal and installation of new vinyl wall covering, painting door frames, trim and ceilings, replacement of light fixtures and toilet accessories, counters at dry bars, and new carpet.
Clarion Hotel- Lobby Remodel and Entry Vestibule Addition
Portland, Oregon
Replacement of the existing finishes and lighting at the lobby and reception areas was completed in conjunction of a new entry vestibule that included two new sets of automatic sliding glass doors. This work followed the exterior repairs to the original Silver Cloud Hotel building due to water intrusion issues and the conversion to the new Clarion flag.
Holiday Inn Express Addition (Formerly Rodeway Inn)
Springfield, Oregon
After designing and constructing the original 76 guest room Rodeway Inn, Mega Pacific added 35 new guest rooms with required new finishes for the conversion to a Holiday Inn Express. The remodeling of the Lobby, Reception Desk, Breakfast Area and other Public areas along with the addition completed the conversion requirements.
Larkspur Landing- Porte Cochere Addition
Hillsboro, Oregon
After previously replacing the exterior siding on this three story hotel building due to water intrusion issues, Mega Pacific constructed a new porte-cochere to provide the signature main entry to the building for their conversion from a Candlewood Suites to the Larkspur Landing.
Larkspur Landing- Lobby and Exercise Room Remodel
Hillsboro, Oregon
Reconfiguration and remodeling of the existing lobby, reception, and breakfast area required structural modifications to remove existing walls to create a new open lobby area. The existing exercise room was remodeled and a new exterior door added to provided better access to the outside hot tub and patio.
Leatherman Tool Company

Since constructing the original phase one and phase two buildings, Mega Pacific has continued to provide remodeling and interior improvements to the existing buildings that include the addition of an office mezzanine, equipment pads, additions and changes to office and work area, and relocation of stairs and equipment.
National Marketshare Group- Building Remodel
Portland, Oregon
Extensive remodel of the exterior and interior of an existing 6,000 square foot building included new two story offices and conference rooms, display rooms and product staging areas.
The existing conference room was expanded reconfigured to include full height glass panels to provide an open view of the offices spaces. Portions of the existing second floor were removed to provide an exciting two story entry vestibule with open railings at the second floor providing a view through the new, two story storefronts windows. Exterior siding was replaced, new storefronts, windows and entries installed, and concrete walkways, planters, and site landscaping added.
Red Lion Hotel- Restaurant Remodel
Portland, Oregon
Work at the existing hotel included repairs to the kitchen and dining areas, the addition of new storefronts and new paint, vinyl wall covering and ceramic tile flooring and carpet at the lobby, reception, and dining areas.
Residence Inn by Marriott- Gate House Remodel
Eugene, Oregon
Remodeling of the existing lobby included replacement of the reception desk, reconfiguring the breakfast area, serving area and seating, and the addition of a fireplace. Structural modifications were required to remove existing walls and create the new open lobby with updated seating and finishes including new ceramic tile, vinyl wall covering, and decorative trim.
Residence Inn by Marriott- Guest Room Addition
Eugene, Oregon
After constructing the original building, Mega Pacific added 40 new guest rooms while ensuring that the existing guest units could be occupied during the construction work. New cherry cabinets with granite countertops were installed at the kitchens and bathrooms and finishes were upgraded to comply with the newest Marriott design and finishes standards.
SpringHill Suites Hotel- Airport- Lobby and Common Area Remodel
Portland, Oregon
Work in the existing lobby included coordination of the SpringHill Suites design standards with the architect and furnishings (FFE) supplier prior to removing existing finishes and reconfiguring the reception area, eating and sitting areas, and business center.
The Hoop- Remodel and Interior Improvements

Remodel of an existing building and conversion of the building to an athletic center. Work included new special fire-rated assemblies at the existing steel columns and a fully remodeled upper floor and mezzanine
