Mega Pacific offers a wide range of services related to the construction industry.

General Construction
Supervision and project management of the construction of new buildings, remodeling of existing buildings, and all aspects of site work.
Building types range from large warehouse and industrial structures to small tenant improvements. 
Construction types include tilt-up concrete, cast in place concrete, masonry, wood and heavy timber, and rigid frame steel.  Mega Pacific is capable of performing concrete, rough framing, and finish carpentry work with our own forces.  We have experienced field superintendents and project managers capable of performing on a wide range of projects.

Construction Management
Assistance with the management of owner hired subcontractors and suppliers during the construction or remodel of buildings.

Design-Build
We work with Architects and Engineers as well as our in house design team to assess project requirements.  Mega Pacific can take a project from start to finish, from design and obtaining a building permit to final occupancy.

Budget and Project Estimating
Based on preliminary sketches or final plans and specifications, Mega Pacific can assist our clients in determining the feasibility of their project with the preparation of a preliminary budget or a detailed estimate utilizing historical unit costs and quantity calculations.

Pre-construction Consultation
Review of new building plans and existing buildings to determine current and future building needs and assessment of future maintenance services and schedules.
