         Provide per Project General Aggregate Limits Endorsement.

         o Provide proof of Automobile Insurance.

         o Provide proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance:

         In Washington – Provide current WA-SDI

         In Oregon – Provide Waiver of Subrogation (Waiver of Right of

            Recovery Certificate)

       Note: Any exclusions included within Subcontractor’s insurance

       policies must be presented with your bid (exclusions may prevent bid

       award).
